Once contacted,
Seven Pillars will drive the
entire process from start to finish.
Seven Pillars
will search and find all suitable lots in the area in
which you wish to live. We then present
these lots to you and begin to discuss pricing, potential
sizes, and potential value. Once a
lot is chosen, Seven Pillars
Design will begin a conceptual
design to fit on the lot. Once a final concept
is done, the client and Seven
Pillars will look into the
potential value of the finished product.
If the value/cost ratio is acceptable,
Seven Pillars
will begin to create construction documents.
Up to this point, everything has been done free of charge.
At this point a contract is signed for the design of the
home, and the project moves forward.
With a finished plan, Seven
Pillars proceeds forwards with
the final estimate of the project cost. The
client will sit down with
Seven Pillars and different
subcontractors to pick out materials, colors, and
cabinets. The final cost of the
project is determined at this time. Both
the client and the contractor will provide the bank with
the required paperwork to finance the project.
Seven Pillars
will have submitted the plans to the county and gotten
them approved. The project movies
forward. With bank and jurisdictional
approval, construction starts.
Seven Pillars
manages the construction process until the home is
complete. If all the cards have been
played correctly, the client will enter into their brand
new home, designed for them, with materials chosen by
them, with 15% equity compared to similar homes.
The amount of time taken to get to this point has been
about 6 months.
