We consider this house a "Level 1" home. Its
standards specs are laminate, birch cabinets, simple
fixtures, 3" millwork no fireplace, simple elevation and
no rear yard landscaping.
A "Level 2"
home would have engineered HW floors, better cabinets,
better fixtures, 5" millwork, window wraps, granite tile,
a fireplace, front elevation with stone but no rear yard
landscaping. The price would be approximately
$68/SF
A "Level 3" home would have
solid HW floors, maple cabinets, very nice fixtures, 5"
millwork, window wraps, solid granite, two fireplaces with full
height stone, more exterior stone, A/C, and rear yard
landscaping. The price would be approximately
$73/SF.
